From Rock Bottom to Rebuilding
After 25 years in the automotive industry, life threw me two major curveballs. My marriage ended first — a painful chapter that forced me to rebuild from the inside out. Nearly two years later, I lost the career I had devoted my life to. The combined weight of both nearly broke me. I wasn’t clinically depressed, but I was dangerously close. With two young kids depending on me, I refused to let myself spiral further. I made a decision: I would rebuild — with discipline, consistent action, and a relentless mindset.
How DO IT NOW Original Was Born
I discovered solace in the gym — lifting became my therapy. Each rep reminded me that true progress only comes from showing up, day after day, even when it’s hard. That’s where the phrase “DO IT NOW – TAKE ACTION | BE DISCIPLINED | STAY CONSISTENT” took root. I wanted that reminder on my skin, a visible declaration of intent. So I founded DO IT NOW Original: motivational apparel created to fuel your mindset, not just your style.
