How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order. Production time: 2–5 business days.
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping is $10.99 per order for USA & Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the USA & Canada only. Worldwide shipping is coming soon. Duties and taxes will be collected at checkout when available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
📤 Returns & Replacements
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Preference of color or style
Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering.
What if my order is defective or damaged?
We’ll replace your order at no cost if it arrives with any of the following:
- A manufacturing defect
- A printing error
- Damage during shipping
If something isn’t right due to a defect or error on our end, we’ll make it right — no hassle.
How do I request a replacement?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@doitnoworiginal.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description. Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
Who is responsible for sizing?
To ensure the best fit, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Orders can’t be refunded or replaced for incorrect sizing, so we recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering.
How long do replacements take?
